Reports From the Bridge

Mike just called in to report that the water off San Martin has warmed up and the Yellows are biting.They have over 80 fish so far and are still fishing.
This is great news for the guys on 2 to 3 day trips.

Just wanted to thank Mike and crew again for an awesome trip!! Got my first exposure to the mid range fishing trips as well as caught my biggest fish ever to date! Here’s a picture of my 26lb yellowtail caught Saturday July 31st on our way back up the line! Thanks again and look forward to may more trips in the future! Tim “Toolie”

At this time I am putting the finishing touches on the 2011 schedule.

Mike and I have always listened to our customers and in doing so we have decided to offer several more trips that will enable us to get down to the areas that have been producing the great catches of yellows and tuna in June and July each year. We all know it’s more fun to go on a trip with a buddy.

Well we are making it less expensive too.

For our last kids trip of the 2010 season we pulled out all of the stops and had a fantastic day on the water. the fishing was good and the weather was fine and the kids and adults where the best.

We would like to thank all of the great tackle companies that make these trips possible.

On a personal note I would like to thank my crew for working these trips. Think of it the boat has been on a 3 1/2 day trip to Cedros Island and the guys get the boat turned around in less than an hour. Take a full load of kids and adults out for the day and get the boat turned around again for a 2 1/2 day trip departing at 7pm that evening. Let me tell you that takes Team Work and some serious busting ass!!!!!!!!!!
