Big Game 90 2012 Schedule

Attention All Stations;

We will be offering our TWO FOR ONE Advance Purchase Special  on all milti-day open party trips for the 2012 season on a very limited.

Hear are the ground rules.

1–First Person pays FULL price plus Food Permits & Taxes second person pays for only Food Permits & Taxes.

2–Reservations must be booked through the Big Game office only  between January 25, 2012 and April 30, 2012 no exceptions!!!!!!!!!!!!

3–A 50% deposit is due at booking

4–All deposits are nonrefundable

5–Space is limited on all trips. ( 20 spots or less on each trip)

 Don’t wait until the last minute to book 

 

Published prices reflect a 5% cash discount.

Due to the uncertainty of fuel costs a surcharge may be necessary

 CANCELATIONS & REFUNDS

Deposits, either by check or credit card confirmation, are non-refundable, unless:

1. Cancellation is received 75 days or more, prior to boarding dates on all trips, open party or chartes Deposit refunds are subject to a 10% administration fee.

2. If the individual or charter group does not show-up on the date and time specified, or cancel within the above limitations, all monies paid, will be forfeited.

  1. 3. Refunds will be provided on all charters and individual reservations that are re-sold. Periods that are partially re-sold, will receive a prorate refund, less a 10% administration fee.
