I still have your card and will send you the pic of our flying fish buddy. Great trip indeed. I will say that I have fished the "90" several times and what you saw from Capt. Mike is standard operating procedure from him. No lingering on fish that have quit biting ever..."UP, UP, UP, let's go see what we can find..." I can't even tell you how many times we moved the boat less than a few hundred yards just to get back on those active fish. Many captains will stay put and remain satisfied with the slow pick of passing fish, not Mike, he takes a very proactive approach. My only regret is not having Brad fillet all of my fish. He filleted several and I kept several whole. Those several whole fish took me about 5 hours to clean up in their semi-frozen state. Brad is one hell of a deckhand, I watched him move around the boat calmly and check on bent rods to see where his anglers were with their fish. That's not enough to even pay for the fuel much less crew,food,bait,landing and port fees.It takes about $3,000 a day to run a long range trip on the Big Game. I decided to cancle this trip 5 weeks in advance to allow you time to rebook on one of the other trips that are sure to run or make other plans. As larry told you If you go on the 7 day you will pay the same as for the 6 day. I'm sorry for the inconvenious but these are hard times and I just can't afford to to run trips that coast me money.
