The Big Game 90 returned to the dock this morning from a nice 1 1/2 day trip. They went out looking for Yellowtail, Yellowfin Tuna & Bluefin, and came back with all that plus some Albacore & Dorado. Lots of boats in the area made fishing a little tough (good reason to get out on a midweek trip) but Mike says everybody caught fish, and the weather was perfect.

We get out on a 3 1/2 day trip leaving Wednesday night Sept. 17th and returning Sunday morning the 21st. There are some spots left on that trip and the others listed below. Hi Guys -

Mike just called in from way south of San Diego.  They spent the first day of a 2 day trip today trying to find that mother lode of Yellowtail that bit so good a couple of days ago.  Not much luck - the kelps aren’t as organized and the Yellows are scattered.

So they headed further south to find some tuna willing to bite, and got into some nice 25# plus Yellowfin Tuna - they put 30 on the boat in about an hour this afternoon.  They’ll fish the rest of the evening and stay in the area tonight, and will try to put the hurt on some YFT tomorrow before heading back up the line.

Conditions are good, and they may run into those Yellows again on the way home.  We’ll keep you posted.
