A Nice Day On the Bluefin

Aug 30, 2010  //  Posted by: Irv  //  Category: Sportfishing

Capt. Mike called in after dark to let us know that they ended up with 48 bluefin and 3 albacore for the first day of this weeks 2 1/2 day trip.

Mike said that they lost almost as many as they landed due to all kinds of mishaps and poor tackle and these damed fish are just tough!!

Lets hope they are under the boat in the morning

tight lines and good times

Happy for the Guys on the water. The tuna have been on lockdown for to long. I am still loaded up with Yellowtail from Going the distance with you to San Martin.
Has anyone else noticed that whenever there is a hurricane going on in the East, that the tuna get hungry off Baja?
See you Wed. For the 6 day. Is there any chance of fishing Guadalupe?

Wow! I hope they stay hungry and active… I’m on for the 2.5 day trip leaving on 9/12. My first opportunity to get a line wet all season! WORK is a four-letter word!! Tight lines!
