Capt. Mike checked this afternoon to let us know that despite the wind and large swell they are haveing a good trip.

Yesterday morning they spent a few hours at San Martin and found yellows at every spot but no current so after getting some samples they headed on down to Cedros. Mike said that if they had had more time they could have gotten the yellows to bite sometime during the day at San Martin. (looks good for next weeks 2 1/2 day trip).

Morning found them at the north end of the island with about 20kts. of wind. Mike decided to check out a couple of spots that where more out of the wind than anything else. The second spot was holding some nice yellows and they spent the rest of the day catching quality fish. Limits for most everyone.

Sometine good things happen when you try hard enough.

Mike said that the wind is laying down and they will be off of Turtle Bay in the Morning looking for tuna.
